Omega Men's Seamaster 300M Automatic Chronometer Chronograph Watch #2594.52.00-Set sail with confidence and style to points unknown with this classic Omega Seamaster stainless steel men's automatic chronometer watch, a highly accurate timepiece that also includes a powerful chronograph, which offers 12-hour, 30 minute and 1/10 second subdials. It's also a great diving watch, with water resistance to 300 meters (984 feet). Definitively masculine in design, it features a large, round silver brushed stainless steel watch case that measures 41mm (1.61 inches) wide.

It's topped by a durable aluminum unidirectional bezel in black, which is engraved with a silver graduated scale usable for the calculation of diving time. It frames a black dial background with luminous silver Dauphine hands and thick baton dial markers. Other features include a 42-hour power reserve, screw-in caseback, screw-locked crown, and scratch-resistant and glare-proofed domed sapphire crystal. It's completed by a silver stainless steel link bracelet band that offers polished highlights, which is joined by a secure deployment buckle. This adjustable band measures 7 inches in length.

Originally created in the 1750s, the first chronometers were clocks that were accurate enough to calculate the longitude of a ship's position. Today, the chronometer label is bestowed upon timepieces that have undergone precision tests and received a certificate from the official COSC (Control Officile Suisse de Chronometers) regulatory organization that rigorously tests and certifies (or fails) watch movements for chronometer status.

I bought this watch from Amazon and am very satisfied with it. Came in spankin new with everything included except for the international warranty card which Amazon keeps. Checked the serial with Omega HQ in Switzerland and was verified of an authentic watch. For the price, it does make it worthwhile to own. This watch always sells out at Amazon so if its available buy it soon or else you will have to wait for over a month or two for it to be in stock again. I was about to buy it from an authorized dealer but the 2yr warranty & substantial price difference convinced me to buy it from Amazon.

Great watch, it looks amazing, this is a beautiful model. I like it so much than I pre owned a 2450 model and I could not resist the 2594. It is amazing to have a chronograph with 1000ft capability. I bought it directly to Amazon and the service was great. It came with the Amazon warranty, not the international one. The price was excellent, less than 26 hundred I couldn't believe but I trusted because I bought it directly to Amazon. If do not like the heavier watches you must check the titanium version because this is big and heavy.

As a Seamaster Fan, I think this design stays truthful to the original 300m, but with a fantastic subtle new and look. Great watch, Great looks.
